Implementation Steps
Connect to Stripe
Go to Settings → Billing/Integrations or the Payments tab, and click "Connect with Stripe". Setup takes 3 minutes.
Configure Accepted Methods
Toggle which payment methods you want to accept. We recommend enabling ACH as it only carries a capped 0.8% processing fee, saving hundreds vs card fees.
Invite Your Tenants
Assign tenants to their respective units and enter their email. RentrIQ automatically invites them to set up their portal.
Set Up Late Fees
Configure automatic late fee rules (percentage or flat rate, plus grace periods). RentrIQ applies these to the ledger automatically.
